REPORT OF THE MEETING OF THE NGO GROUP FOR ACCESS TO WATER IN AFRICA WITH THE IVORY COAST MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL TEACHING
                                                November 6th 2015, UNESCO Headquarters

On Friday November 6th 2015, during the 38th UNESCO Général Conference, Madame Kandia CAMARA, the Ivory Coast Minister for Education, received a group of the NGOs in partnership with UNESCO , Make Mothers Matter was represented by Gabrielle de Milleville, who is dealing with a water access project in Africa. Martine LEVY, President of the NGO-UNESCO Liaison Committee and the International Conference of NGOs, also took part in the meeting.

Following the Yamoussoukro Forum held on July 30 and 31 2014, a project was undertaken:
"Access to Water for All in Africa" – NGOs reported on progress made. The project involves training hydrologists and educating about water in partnership with African associations including two from Ivory Coast: Aide à la Jeunesse Africaine Défavorisée (AJAD/MMM) and the NGO Le Rocher, members of RONUCI headed by AJAD president, BOLLY KOUASSI.
